Walk And Talk has stayed with me for 15 years. It’s a hazy, hypnotic groove, a little melancholy, and it always leaves you feeling good.

It was the first record Visionquest ever released and one of the defining club tracks of 2011. It was on Seth Troxler’s Essential Mix, and Benoit & Sergio went on to be named iTunes Breakthrough Electronic Artists and one of RA’s top 10 live acts that year.

We’re big fans of the DC/Berlin duo and of Troxler, Crosson, Curtiss and Reeves’ label, so we’re really excited to have this remix package in. It’s the original plus remixes from Aline Umber & Krol, Random Factor and Galcher Lustwerk.

We welcome our friend and techno legend Alexi Delano back to Visionquest as he unearths his ADNY alias for a remix of Benoit & Sergio’s ‘Walk and Talk’

Born in Chile, raised in Sweden and later adopted by New York. He came up in the mid-90s Swedish wave of electronic producers alongside Adam Beyer, Cari Lekebusch, Jesper Dahlbäck and Joel Mull. His start was in Stockholm, where he worked at the Planet Rhythm record store and met Dahlbäck. After Alexi moved to New York, the two began collaborating in the studio in 1998 as ADJD, and released their first full-length album in 2000 as ADNY & The Persuader, “Quarter of a Century”. Over the years he has produced six albums and been nominated for a Swedish P3 Guld award, building a sound that merges heavy Swedish techno with the energy of Brooklyn’s creative scene.

His discography runs through some of the most respected names in the underground, including the historic SVEK imprint, Drumcode, Plus 8, Minus, Spectral Sound, Get Physical and Visionquest.

On Visionquest, he released the Water Colors EP in October 2017.

Decades in, he continues to move between house and techno and to run his own label, AD Limited.

Active since the early 1990s, British-born electronic musician, producer, and DJ Carl Finlow has spent over three decades cementing his status as a cornerstone of the global dance music community. As a co-founder and chief producer for the seminal UK label @2020vision_recordings he played an instrumental role in shaping the trajectory of house and techno music worldwide. Under his acclaimed Random Factor moniker, Finlow brilliantly fused house with new wave and electro-funk, culminating in timeless masterpieces like the label's landmark 100th release, Convergence.
