What an incredible journey at the FASU Games 2026! 🏆

I was beyond proud to represent UPEI Cairo Campus and celebrate everything our student-athletes achieved on the big stage. Watching our team give their all and bring home these wins was truly special ✨️

Also it was a really special moment for me to win my first medal as a Taekwondo coach. Helping our athlete to step up on the podium was an unforgettable experience 🥉🥋

Proud of our team, grateful for the journey, and excited for what’s next! 🔥💯

Our incredible run at the All Africa University Games (@fasugames2026 ) Basketball competition ended after a fierce matchup against STEV University of Algeria, a legacy we are immensely proud of. Sometimes working with different athletes daily with different mindsets , needs , personalities can be challenging and overwhelming
Endless talks , Questions debates and changing plans

But for sure seeing them progress , getting better stronger ,fitter and more confident makes it all worth it

Grateful for the work ,effort and the memories we share together

The more time you spend coaching athletes, the more you realize that training is not about collecting exercises—it’s about solving movement problems.

Every sport has unique demands. Every athlete moves differently. The deeper you analyze movement patterns, force production, speed requirements, injury history, and sport-specific actions, the more selective you become with exercise choices.

A great exercise isn’t the most complicated one—it’s the one that transfers best to the athlete’s performance.

✅ Improve the qualities that matter most for the sport.
✅ Address weaknesses without sacrificing strengths.
✅ Progress from general preparation to sport-specific development.
✅ Focus on movement quality before adding complexity.

The goal is never to make athletes better at exercises.
The goal is to use exercises to make athletes faster, stronger, more resilient, and more efficient in their sport.

Train with purpose. Assess constantly. Adapt intelligently.
