Further progress made in the Bombay High Court in our case to enhance the standard of fire safety in Mumbai. Chief Fire Officer files affidavit detailing the average response time of fire engines in Mumbai. Court fixes deadline of 30 May 2024 for notification of special fire safety norms in buildings. These norms will be in addition to what is prescribed in the current Development Control regulations of Mumbai.

"The timeline was given in response to a 2019 PIL filed by Advocates Abha Singh and Aditya Pratap seeking enforcement of the safety regulations in buildings vulnerable to man-made disasters".

Isha Singh carries forward the legacy as the third-generation civil servant, following in the footsteps of her father, the esteemed Mr. YP Singh (Former IPS) of the 1985 batch of the Maharashtra cadre. The commitment to public service runs deep in her lineage, with both her mother and grandfather having served in the civil services.

Her paternal grandfather Dr. Samar Bahadur Singhji and maternal grandfather, Mr. Rann Bahadur Singh ji are the distinguished family members ‘RannSamar’ is named after. To this day, the foundation runs on their ideologies and principles.

Witnessing Isha receiving the Manipur Law Cup and National Forensics Trophy is not just a moment of personal triumph; it's a reflection of three generations dedicated to the pursuit of justice. As you see the smiles gracing our faces in that moment, know that they echo the pride and joy of three generations dedicated to the call of duty—and anticipate the promise of many more chapters in the legacy yet to be written.
