Although I had the privilege of presenting to my peers at this year’s Invisalign® Ortho Summit, the greatest gift was everything I brought home from the people around me. 🙌

I had the opportunity to reconnect with some true Invisalign legends and mentors - whose work has helped shape the way I practice. All while spending time with colleagues who continue to lead the way in orthodontics, Invisalign and innovation. 🦷💡

We exchanged experiences, challenged one another’s thinking and found new opportunities to collaborate - with plenty of fun along the way… at the 2026 Summer Soiree! 🎉

This is why I keep showing up: the learning never travels in only one direction. I returned home feeling inspired, energized and grateful for the friendships that make our profession so special.

This year’s Invisalign Summit theme was Beyond Possible, and we were honored to share what that has meant to us.

When we started Sons & Daughters Orthodontics from scratch in 2015, we had no idea what would be possible. Looking back, we’re reminded that the pursuit of possibility has never been about technology or treatment alone…it has and always will be about people.

The patients and families who placed their trust in us. The incredible team that has grown alongside us. The mentors, colleagues, and innovators who continue to challenge us to become better every day.

The pursuit of possibility isn’t a single leap or a final destination. It’s the willingness to keep taking that leap, again and again, continually redefining what we once thought was impossible so we can create new possibilities for our patients, ourselves, and ultimately, our profession.

Thank you to @aligntechinc for bringing our community together again to learn, collaborate, and find ways to continue to raise the standard of excellence for the patients we all serve. #beyondpossible

The lectures may bring us together… but the friendships are what keep us coming back.

One of my favorite parts of Ortho Summit isn’t just having the opportunity to speak alongside people I’ve admired for years, it’s getting to spend time with them once the lectures are over.

The conversations over dinner. The laughs in the lobby. The brainstorming sessions that somehow turn into lifelong friendships.

I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a community that is always willing to share ideas, celebrate each other’s successes, and push our specialty forward together. Thank you Align for the summer soirée to end the conference.

What an amazing evening!

Tonight I had the privilege of facilitating one of Align’s Women’s Smile Collective gatherings, and wow… what a night.

No lectures. No ClinChecks. No treatment plans.

Just a room full of incredible women, dentists and orthodontists, gathered around tables, sharing what we’re carrying, what we value, and who we’re becoming.

There was laughter, vulnerability, a few tears, and so many moments where you realized, “Wait… you feel that too?”

We spend our days taking care of everyone else.
Tonight, we took care of each other.

I left with a full heart… and waterproof mascara officially earning its keep✨

Thank you, Align, for creating spaces where the conversations matter just as much as the clinical education.

From one ⭐️ Center to another 🏈😄

Callie, center for her girls flag football Chargers team, already completed both Invisalign First treatment and Invisalign Palatal Expander…so naturally she had some veteran advice for @chargers center Tyler Biadasz for his own Invisalign journey 👌🏻

“Wear them the hours instructed.”
“Wear them on and off the field.”
“And don’t ever wrap them in a napkin… because they’ll end up in the trash.” 🤣

What a day. 💙 2026 Align Faculty Meeting!

Being voted onto the Align Faculty earlier this year meant more to me than I can say. Today reminded me why connection, collaboration, and honest conversations that help make our tools better for every doctor and every patient.

So thankful. So inspired. So happy to be part of this community.

No one knows the real story behind CBC!! Backstory: I was 30 weeks pregnant with Jack. I was traveling weekly and still practicing and speaking full time. I was trying to prepare for my first baby (Spoiler alert! He came at 35 weeks and I was totally unprepared). I had been looking up baby classes and nothing worked with my crazy schedule.

That’s when I stumbled upon @karrie_locher (she’s got amazing new mom content!) She has several courses on breastfeeding, labor/delivery, and baby care. There were on demand modules and checklists I could download, so I bought her courses and watched them all from my couch! Also funny enough, I skipped all the c-section modules and wound up having an emergency c-section 🤦‍♀️

It was in a moment during a breastfeeding video I had the thought that we need this style of learning for Invisalign content! 😂 I started planning out my business ideas and even told the Align execs I wanted to launch it before Jack was born!

Jack had other plans and was born just 2 days after I filmed my intro video. Because he was a preemie he spent 2 weeks in the NICU. Those were some of my darkest days alone but every time I would think about this project it would bring me glimmers of happiness.

After Jack was home, I recorded all the modules with him lying by my side during my maternity leave. Doing what I loved helped me “escape” some moments of postpartum that I was going through. I launched this when he was 8 weeks old. Please know that I put my heart and soul into this business and it genuinely helps other dentists grow and succeed!

Fast forward 2 years and 2 babies later, this still brings me so much joy giving you what I wish I had when I first started with Invisalign. ❤️
