What’s next, Hartford?

Since July, @libreatfive has been creating experiences that bring people together around culture and connection. We’ve walked the city with cameras in hand, shared conversation over a picnic, and we’re about to gather around a sushi table and sit down for a conversation with leaders shaping Hartford.

Every one of those experiences started with a simple question: where can culture and connection meet?

Now we’re turning that question over to you.

Tell us the experience you’d clear your calendar for. The one you’d bring your closest friend to. The one Hartford has never seen.

No idea is too ambitious or too simple. Our community has shaped every room we’ve built, and the next one is no different.

Comment below. We want to hear from you.

Rooted in Hartford. Built through culture.

What a night! 🥂✨ We had an absolute blast bringing this Great Gatsby-inspired production to life with an incredible cast. From talented vocalists and pianists to fabulous dancers, champagne dress, casino games, and all the glitz and glamour. 🎶💃🎹🎰 so much talent, energy, and Gatsby magic all in one room!

& a bag of chips! ;)

I had a TIME! From hosting ’90s Karaoke Roulette to the ’90s Karaoke After Party, dancing in the rain, + just catching a whole vibe Saturday was definitely one for the books! 🫆

Big love to the entire @tajmirage team + @sunberryhartford for having me late night! It's an especially dope occasion when I get booked with a bunch of my friends 🫶🏿

This is just what my phone caught… I still have to go through the spy glasses footage 🤓 Everybody did their cosplay big one 💃🏾

’90s nostalgia, good people, good energy. I loved every bit of it! 🤗

Outside the Frame gave us a clear look at what this can become.

Photographers and videographers came together without the pressure to perform, compete, or prove anything. They connected, shared space, and built relationships that carried beyond the event.

That is the culture behind @libreatfive.

Less performance.
More presence.
More access.
More community.

Outside the Frame was one chapter.

The culture is still being built.

A little over a week ago at the Charles Cheney Mansion in Manchester, @ysanne21 sang “If I Ain’t Got You” at Outside the Frame, hosted by @imagerybyjosh! I rarely get free time to shoot just for fun, so this was a treat. Got to pick the brains of other photographers and videographers about camera settings too. What a vibe! 📸
