CPR❤️ or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, is a life-saving technique used in emergencies when someone’s breathing or heartbeat has stopped. It involves chest compressions and rescue breaths to circulate blood and oxygen to vital organs until professional medical help arrives.

Key aspects of CPR:
Emergency Procedure:
CPR is performed during cardiac or respiratory arrest, often after a heart attack, drowning, or electric shock.
Chest Compressions:
The rescuer pushes hard and fast on the chest to circulate blood.
Rescue Breaths:
Providing breaths (either mouth-to-mouth or using a device) helps deliver oxygen to the lungs.
Early Intervention:
Starting CPR immediately can significantly increase the chances of survival.
Simplified CPR:
For untrained individuals, hands-only CPR (chest compressions without breaths) is often recommended.
Steps for performing CPR:
Check for Responsiveness: Gently tap the person and shout to see if they respond.
Call 911: Have someone call emergency services immediately.
Check for Breathing: Look for chest rise and fall, and listen for breathing.
Start Compressions: Position your hands in the center of the chest and push hard and fast.
Give Rescue Breaths: If trained, give rescue breaths after every 30 compressions.
Continue until help arrives: Keep performing CPR until professional medical help arrives
