Two years of ATÚA Midtown. 💛

What started as a space for creativity has grown into something we’re really grateful for, a place where people meet, create, share ideas, support local, and simply spend time together.

Here’s to more good days, familiar faces, new discoveries, and moments we get to share together.

Happy 2 years, Atúa.
See you around Midtown.

Two years of ATÚA, and what a beautiful way to celebrate. 🤍

A huge thank you to everyone who came by and spent our 2nd Anniversary with us!

From the music and good food to the pop-ups, little discoveries, familiar faces, and new ones, we loved seeing the Courtyard come alive with so much energy all weekend.

More than anything, this celebration reminded us of what makes ATÚA special: the people who continue to show up, create, share, support local, and make this space their own.

To our merchants, artists, performers, collaborators, friends, and every single person who stopped by—thank you for being part of our growing community and for giving us so many reasons to keep doing what we do.

Two years down, and we’re still just getting started. 🥹
Thank you for growing with us.

See you around the courtyard. 🤍

🍻🍕 IT’S THAT TIME OF THE YEAR AGAIN 🍕🍻

Despite the rain last night, everyone gathered for The Grand Hangout where our nominees and applicants got to meet the shapers over pizza and beer! 😋

We got to share about the hub’s story and a bit about everyone and what they do, and what drives the Cebu hub in doing what the hub is so passionate about — making positive impact no matter how big or small ☺️

We also got to share the recruitment process and we’re excited to see what these future baby shapers will do! This batch looks pretty exciting! ✨🌎

KITA-KITA: IDEAS THAT SHAPE CEBU

Last September 5, we were fortunate to host an intimate session in @florafaunbookshop entitled: Kita-Kita, in collaboration with Madeline Desandre. 😊

Our participants were able to engage and exchange perspectives and insights on what we dream for Cebu, what are ongoing challenges Cebu faces, and how we can approach them. 🇵🇭

It was an insightful afternoon for everyone. We would like to thank everyone who participated as well as to Madeline for guiding everyone through this intimate session. 🫶🏻

Cebu looks hopeful with members of the youth who advocate for progress. 🌎

In celebration of International Youth Day, we’re looking back at a fitting way to mark the occasion: young leaders coming together to shape what’s next. 🌏

On August 9, the Global Shapers Community – Cebu Hub gathered for its Strategic Planning Session, led by Curator Arnold Dy, Vice Curator Fiel Aquino, and Impact Officer Mary Jean Lozano.

Together, the Hub aligned on its priorities for the year ahead—turning ideas into action and strengthening its commitment to creating meaningful, community-driven impact in Cebu.

International Youth Day reminds us of what’s possible when young people are given the space to lead, collaborate, and act. For the Cebu Hub, the work continues—shaping our city, one collective action at a time 💙
