MY IBF @magpieg18 GOT MARRIED TO THE LOVE OF HER LIFE @naughjb!!! 🥹💍🤍

And somehow I survived the emotional rollercoaster of watching one of my favorite humans get married. Barely.

Maggie, there are so many moments from your wedding weekend that I know I’ll carry with me, but what meant the most to me was seeing how intentionally you both made space for the people and the love that brought you to this moment. There was so much heart in the way you honored the people you love, and it felt so incredibly you..thoughtful, genuine, and full of meaning.

And then you asked me to read that passage (our IBF anthem) by @jamietworkowski 😭 I don’t think you fully understand what that meant to me. Being trusted with those words, in front of all the people who mean so much to you, was such a deeply personal honor. That moment is going to live rent-free in my head and heart forever!

I’ve watched you take chances, grow, love, and build a life that is authentically yours.. so seeing you standing there with the person you chose to do forever with was something really special to witness. I’m just so damn grateful you took that chance on love and that the two of you continue choosing each other, building together, and creating something that feels so beautifully yours. 🤍 The personalized vows were everything. I have never cried so much at a wedding, not even when asked to read in the past!

And apparently the feelings were contagious because guests came up to me afterward saying I made them cry including plus ones, 🫂 and telling me how much the reading meant to them. Hopefully they have now saved it and will fondly think back to when they first heard it as we did long ago! 🥹

And Jesse..I am so glad you are Maggie’s man! You are genuinely such a wonderful human, and seeing the way you love and show up for her, and fit so naturally into the hope filled world you two have created makes my heart so happy. I’m so grateful she found you, and that we get to have you in our lives, too. YAY TO JESSE’S GIRL & 💭 DAYDREAMS COMING TRUE!!

🙏🏽💕 for having @gliujr and I apart of your community! 🍒 was to catch the bouquet..😘

Lil bit of Oakland Pride action. So proud of be a part of @townbarandlounge and being a part of this community. All the smiling, laughing, booty shaking, hugs, and connection really can’t be matched with this group of people! ♥️

Also.... uhhh - this was ten years ago?!

Remember when instead of doing a bar crawl,
We just ate a ton of donuts for your birthday instead? @yvette88 🍩💗✨ iluuuu

My sister came to visit me for the first time and we had a TIME! From New Edition concert , to hanging out with my bay fam, to exploring the city on the Big Bus, to sipping wine in Napa. We did it all! I always love when a piece of home comes to me. Love you Chelrose!! 💕

It’s these moments that need to be cherished. Time with the family is something I’ll never take for granted. Congrats to you both on bringing this new life into this world. We know he will be loved by so many. It takes a village to raise these little ones and we are here for it. Can’t wait to meet him!

A trip down memory lane. My first and last convention with R+F in Nashville. Such a great time. Especially with @yvette88 as my partner in crime. @mrs.kelakey

Had a blast with my besties at @goldengirlskitchen yesterday. Such a cool experience! We got to hang out in the kitchen, ate in Blanche’s bedroom, perused the Lanai and chatted on the infamous couches. Even had a drink at the Rusty Bucket!! Loved it! And love spending time with these two, THANK YOU FOR BEING A FRIEND
