MNM & Art as Catharsis Present: CATHARSIS NOW! #7 - Come along to @mirrorballministeries77 , bring your instrument and join us in a new monthly series dedicated to improvised music and collective release. Each month, the Brisbane Conduction Orchestra is joined by two other acts - one of which becomes the Catharsis Now! Band (formed live on the night) where local musicians put their names into a hat, and four performers are drawn at random to create a one-off ensemble for the performance. No rehearsals, no discussion - just presence, listening, and (hopefully) some catharsis. United Axis of Filth……. Yvette and Ilsa play the stoner blues….. Duo of strummed and crashed metals - This month's program features: @brisbane.conduction.orchestra Catharsis Now! Group @yvetteoa / @isl444444 (United Axis of Filth) - Doors from 7pm. Entry is free, with donations encouraged to support the artists and the continuation of the series.
