Wow! Crazy to look back at this one because Ive been going to Yin60 a bunch recently. @yyoga is seriously the best and such big supporters!!!

This is the class I constantly recommend to people when they’re trying out group fitness for the first time. It is such a chill calming class and even though you’re not necessarily getting your sweat on, it introduces you to what a group fitness class is kind of like. Gets you comfortable!!

Recent videos with YYOGA coming soon! ❤️

What to expect from my classes:

Control. Deep core work. Stability. Posture realignment. And a whole lot of intentional movement.

I weave classical mat Pilates with my personal training experience and body-movement philosophy to help you build a body that feels strong, capable and confident.

The key? Consistency. Show up and I’ll meet you there to keep nudging you closer to your goals 😉

EVERY BODY is welcome 🙏

Show up for yourself → build self-worth → body confidence → become the best version of you!

✨ Workshop: Yoga for Healthy Aging ✨
Aging is a gift, and keeping your body vibrant, mobile, and supported is one of the most loving ways to honor that journey. 🤍
Led by Maggie Anderson and supported by Paula Jerez, this workshop breaks down familiar postures with supportive modifications, showing how props make movement accessible for every body at any age. You’ll practice calming breathwork like Ujjayi, explore mat-based styles suited to your lifestyle, and finish with a restorative Savasana and Q&A to connect and answer your questions.
No matter your experience or mobility level, you have a place on the mat here. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and share time well spent with a warm, caring community.
🌿 Booking is now open!
Reserve your spot today via the YYOGA app or the link in our bio. We can’t wait to welcome you!

It’s live. 🌊

Last year, I ran into a yoga teacher I hadn’t seen in a long time while she was waiting for the bus on a busy Toronto street. I signed up for her class the minute I got home.

Over the next twelve months, I cried the whole way to her classes, through her classes, at the end of her classes. Some weeks, those four classes were the only reason I left the house for anything other than a walk with my dog.

She’s not my best friend. We’ve barely hung out outside the studio. And she pulled me through the hardest year of my adult life without ever knowing it.

This week’s Little Steps is for her (👋🏼 @torlovee) and for the lighthouse friends we all have but never thank.

Read it through the link in my bio, and then tell me: who’s yours? Tag them below. They probably have no idea.
