You’re looking at one of American’s newest Latina New York based flight attendant ❤️💙🤍 Prepare for a journal entry in this post lol
Never did I imagine I would be a flight attendant! It was always something cool I thought about but never thought I’d actually be here . I thought I was going to be a lawyer by now. Then I was a teacher, which was an incredible experience but still didn’t want that life. This new life kind of fell into my lap and I’m so happy to be here. I’m excited to finally be LIVING in New York and traveling the whole entire world!! It’s going to be like study abroad all the time! I can’t wait to meet so many people and form amazing connections. If they’re anything like the people I met in training, I’ll have great conversations everyday.

Training was something I was counting down the days to since I started this process in September 2023! It was everything I imagined it to be and more! My classmates really made this program meaningful to me. I came in kind of lost but this quickly changed after we all passed our first test. In that moment, it all made sense why I was on this path . The way we all supported eachother and praised eachother exemplified a community I’m so grateful to be apart of ! Ruby forever ❤️❤️❤️

I’m excited to join this American family and represent my Latinx community in this job. Representation is so important and I’m excited to take on this role as a latina flight attendant ❤️ So excited to see where this journey with American will take me. It will definitely be transformative, my file number was 111 after all. Which means TRANSFORMATION 🦋New York I’m FINALLY coming home 🩷
