🇩🇪Zwei Nächte waren geplant. Geblieben sind wir vier. 🏝️

Richtige Zeit, richtige Leute🫶🏼

🇦🇺Two nights were planned. We stayed four. 🏝️

Mabul Island is a tiny island off the coast of Borneo, known for its stilt houses and diving right at your doorstep, just minutes by boat from Sipadan. 🐠

Diving by day 🤿, karaoke with everyone in the evening 🎤. That’s exactly why we stayed. It’s rarely the place alone, it’s the people you share it with. Right time, right people.🫶🏼

R U OK? isn’t a question for just one day of the year. Last week, we welcomed the R U OK? team, creators and members of the Social Soup community into our Sydney HQ for breakfast, coffee and an important conversation about connection and checking in with the people around us 💛

Choosing RAW was one of the best decisions I made for my fitness journey.
It’s more than just a place to train, it’s where I stay consistent and motivated every time I step in 💯
The environment pushes you to work harder, the people keep you accountable, and the coaches actually care about your progress.
Every session feels purposeful, every rep feels meaningful.
That’s why I choose RAW and why I keep coming back 🔥✨

✨ 9D Breathwork, a coming home to self ✨

Breathwork has come to me in layers. First, it was something I discovered just for myself, a way to calm my system, realize profound truths, and reconnect with parts of me I didn’t know where there

And now… it feels like such an honor to guide others through this work

To witness how the breath combined with 9 dimensions of the 9D experience softens the mind, regulates the nervous system, eases stress, and releases suppressed emotions and traumas we maybe didn’t even know we were holding onto

For me, 9D is where the mind steps back and the body finally gets to speak, and release.
A shift from fight-or-flight into clarity, presence, and real transformation. 🤍

If you’re craving a deeper reset, this practice might be your next layer too
