Great night with the best chefs and people who I'm extremely fortunate to know and lucky to have so many opportunities to enjoy all their amazing food, especially at an incredible event for an important cause like this one. Thanks for all these awesome bites! Much more to come from all these talented artists at The Indulgent Islander, so #StayTuned, and, as always, #StayHungry. Happy weekend! 🍻

Thank you @cottonandrye and @zach_shultz for making my friend Marc from Seattle feel right at home with your deliciousness. Enjoyed the fried chicken, shrimp and grits, grilled octopus and the duck immensely. Oh, and the peach cobbler was da bomb. 🍑💣

🔥 Meet Chef Zach Shultz 🔥

A Savannah native with a lifelong passion for restaurants, Chef Zach Shultz started working in local kitchens at just 13 years old, later refining his skills in Florida and earning degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel & Restaurant Management. He went on to cook at acclaimed spots like Chef Allen’s and Louie’s Backyard, mastering New World Cuisine and rising to Chef de Cuisine in Key West before returning home to Savannah in 2010. After launching a successful restaurant equipment business, Zach realized his heart was in the kitchen—leading him to open Cotton & Rye, where scratch cooking, bold flavors, and Southern hospitality come together in perfect harmony.

✨ Find Chef Zach at Chefs + Farmers on March 6 at the Ships of the Sea Museum! ✨

SAVANNAH, GA • One of the best bites I’ve had in ages! This was a special at @cottonandrye: a bite-sized lobster roll topped with caviar. I could easily eat ten of these!

If you’re visiting Savannah, don’t miss Cotton and Rye – it’s a must-try for amazing southern flavors!
