10+ weeks in and @zachebb and @mcrodenberger are crushing it 💪

When they started, we focused on getting comfortable with the machines and learning the basic movements. Now we're loading up the bar, hitting heavier compounds, and making progress every single week.

Starting something new can be intimidating and frustrating. But once you get over that hump, the transformation happens faster than you'd think. Before you know it, you'll actually look forward to it.

The decision to really go in on coaching again this vear was scarv and exciting. I knew I'd get to it again but kept pushing it off until the time was right.

Finally earlier this year I got to the point that the perfect time doesn't exist. Obligations were never going to be less. So we made the jump this led to not only a iump into coaching but a jump into other endeavors as well

Goal for the rest of the year is to nail down systems and flows of "balancing" everything so next year we can really scale this thing

I guess this is a post to say, the perfect time doesn't exist, figure it out as you go, and just keep going

Literally the same formula as your fitness journey

Looking for a little more space without sacrificing the comforts of home? 👀🏡

How about 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, plenty of room to entertain, and a patio complete with a hot tub?! 🔥

Located in the New England Acres neighborhood, just outside the 270 loop, this might be the one you've been waiting for!

When I first started getting results in the gym, I became hooked. For me it was back in high school when I got my first drink in basketball practice after months of training in the gym

And now when I get to see other people reaching milestones, and making progress on their own journey, it's literally gives me that same feeling but now I get to feel it every week

6 weeks ago @mcrodenberger and @zachebb committed to the process.

Now they're seeing it pay off.

Progress across the board and goals getting checked off one by one.

This is what showing up does.

Want in? DM me "READY." 👊

Best thing you can do is start where you're at and learn as you go!

The perfect moment doesn't exist, and the time is going to pass either way.

So why not start now 🤔

When there's a full day of work behind them.

Most people clock out and check out.

@zachebb and @mcrodenberger have been staying locked in.

(DM "LOCK IN" if you want to train like us.)

Everybody's got a Day One. The measurements. The number on the scale you didn't want to see. The photo you almost didn't take. Nobody starts at the finish line, they start exactly here. Proud of this crew for showing up and getting it on record. Six weeks from now, this footage hits different.

Been working on something fun behind the scenes for a while now. Got the crew mic'd up and rolling, and honestly the candid moments might be my favorite part.

This is just a little taste, a lot more coming as we get into it. Excited to bring you along for the ride. 🎬

And hey, if watching this makes you think about starting your own thing, my DMs are always open. 👇
