Maternity pictures - August 1 2026

34.5 weeks pregnant - 3 weeks before Rocky came into the world. This pregnancy was definitely my hardest one so far - I was sick the whole time, I gained more weight than ever before, my body ached in ways I had never experienced - and it all made sense when he came out my biggest baby. Pregnancy is not for the weak. All mamas know. Yet as hard as it is, I would do it 10x over to have my babies in my arms. I tried hard to fully embrace the moments. While these are not my favorite photos of myself - I am blessed to have been given the gift from God to bear children and bring life into the world and I want to remember this time in my life forever 🤍

Our little cowboy has arrived, but I never posted these amazing pictures 💙🙏 Thank you mama for hosting our super special little baby sprinkle @carolinejoneshodges . It was the perfect celebration for little man with our closest loved ones. 🤠

5 years ago today, Zach and I ran off to the Brunswick County courthouse to get married. No plan, nobody with us - we had just decided 3 days before, in the doctor’s office, that we wanted to be married.
Just like how our good friend tells us we do everything in life…. “draw , fire“ 🤣🔥.
On the way to the courthouse, we stopped at a wedding dress shop where I picked out a veil and a little decorative belt to go on the white sundress I already owned and had worn for years.
The courthouse was under renovation and it was still during “Covid” - so we wore a mask most of the time. The woman who married us was in what felt like a drive thru window in the small part of the courthouse that wasn’t under renovation.

We had to ask a random lady getting off work to be our witness - thankfully she recorded our little makeshift ceremony on my camera and took a few pictures of us before we left. We joke that the day felt straight out of an episode of “the office”. Which was perfect for us.

In the pictures, you can see tears in my eyes. I was crying happy tears the entire time we were at the courthouse, knowing that I was making the best decision of my entire life, marrying the man of my dreams.

We left and spent the weekend at the beach with family. It was a perfect wedding for us and a day I will never forget. I love you @zachrogers9 and I am so proud of everything we’ve created together these last 5 years. 🙏 cheers to forever with you

Rocky Alexander Rogers. Our son. 💙🙏
Born on 8-25-2026 at 10:06 PM.

Our Carolina boy - born into a name that represents precious memories, endless loyalty, unconditional love, & steadfast strength.

His name carries a piece of a place that shaped so much of our story… the Rocky Mountains, our beautiful years & incredible people in Colorado, and a chapter of our lives that will forever be home to us.

Pregnancy, labor, and delivery were a different experience this time around. I am very blessed to have an incredible support system surrounding us with all the love and care we could need in the world. The miracle of creating life is something I will never take for granted.

My sweet Rocky, I’ve stared at you for hours, with tears streaming down my face, my heart so full of gratitude, love, and pride that I can barely stand it. We did it. We are here together. I love you more than you will ever know.

Zach, you are my greatest love and my strength. The best husband and partner I could ever ask for. The most incredible father to our 3 babies and a man that I will always be proud of marrying.
I could never do this without you. I hope little man is just like you.

Thank you God for allowing us the blessing of bringing home another beautiful, healthy baby. We are so grateful for this gift of being entrusted with another life. Our hearts are truly overflowing with love.
