I had a great time drawing The Revivalists in Orlando at the Kia Center last night. I took my little sketchbook with me, not knowing where I may be seated. It’s a challenge to draw moving figures while looking at the stage AND to Jumbotron. This is the stuff I train for. Thanks for having me @zackfeinberg and @therevivalists

full circle work moment ✨ back in the day, i was on the mgmt team for @therevivalists and last wknd, i booked these two for an intimate performance presented by @jackdaniels_us before their show @saltshedchicago. watching their careers evolve over the years and having the opp to work together again in a different capacity is so special and just the reminder i needed of how incredible the journey can be in this industry. see slide 2 from the archives - 2015 (!) promo for @relixmag. tysm @thedavidshaw and @zackfeinberg and the whole dang revs crew 🫶🏼

Last Monday, I received a legit “Congratulations” email. One of those Facebook forms I filled out actually chose my entry to receive two tickets to see The Revivalists here in Chicago at The Salt Shed.

And as if that weren’t enough, they threw in tickets to a private acoustic pre-concert with David Shaw and Zack Feinberg on the rooftop of Three Top Lounge.

Blue skies and fall breezes, with a view of the outdoor stage—drink in hand, listening to “Get It Honest” sung eight feet from my lounger. Pretty damn perfect.

My friend Julie joined me for her first Revs show and her first concert at the Shed. Earlier in the day, I’d seen a post from a couple of ladies who were flying solo, so I let them know how to find us. They joined us by the stage, where we all danced and sang the entire night away.

As @thedavidshaw said during the show, “It’s a community.”

Next year will mark my 10th year following the Revs. And, if the universe provides, I’m looking forward to my 7th Red Rocks show.

But still on the bucket list—besides my new mission of having every band member to sign my Revs/Saints mini helmet—is ringing in the new year with them on their home turf: New Orleans.

Someday.⚜️🎶 @therevivalists @zackfeinberg

We are bringing you a message from David & Zack of The Revivalists! Back in August, they invited us out to their show to capture some content and let us tell you, the energy was something you had to FEEL.

Everyone on their feet. The whole crowd moving. The kindness and genuine warmth extended to us from the entire crew. It was one of those nights that reminds you what live music is all about good people, unforgettable moments, and being completely present together….and now we get to do it again in our house. 🐸😎

The Revivalists are coming to Frog Alley Brewing THIS FRIDAY, October 9! Grab your tickets, bring your people, and come experience it for yourself head to frogalleybrewing.com. See you at Frog Alley. 🍻
