Reuniting with so many friends and people who’ve appeared on the show last night to celebrate 100+ guests, 100 episodes and 100K+ subscribers was surreal. I’ve completed well over 1,000 classes at @1rebeluk now since I went along to my first class back in 2020. So when 15 of my nearest and dearest showed up at my happy place to get a sweat on together for my 30th… BEST. BIRTHDAY. EVER. 🥹 Those who know me well will appreciate how much this means to me and how much I love everything about the 1Rebel brand, so a huge thank you to the lovely lot over at their Leadenhall studio for letting me throw my very own party inside the studio on Friday as part of my b’day celebrations, and to @enrighttttt, @jonnyhammondd and the team for supplying all the @barebells.uk, @noccouk and @vitaminwell_uk goods 💪🏼💙
