Nothing in this world makes my heart tingle more than a coordinated group effort that yields actual magic that can be seen or felt. This is a week I will remember long after I cross over and become the 14th Ghost. Months of planning. So many ideas and so much execution from so many people. Everyone involved made The Greatest Showman: Five by William Castle series a success and here is my attempt to thank them all in alphabetic order:

Listen, movies are magic. My entire life has been defined by them: tied to milestones, memories, emotions, admiration, and inspiration. But right now at 35, they’ve never meant more to me. And it’s because of the amazing people who dedicate themselves to making movies a memorable, beautiful, and fun experience for everyone. Getting to spend an entire week at the Music Box for The Greatest Showman series was so special. @moviehousecomics programmed a perfect series, creating amazing skits and in-show gags that him and the Music Box Team absolutely killed for SEVEN days in a row!!! Every night people walked out of the theater with the biggest smiles on their faces excitedly talking about their favorite gag. The energy was electric and joyful.

A huge thank you to @moviehousecomics and @musicboxchicago for having me this week. And an even bigger thank you to all of you for coming and buying so many tapes & all my other fun stuff, chatting, and goofing around with Jesse and me. I’m always blown away by your support and it really does mean the world to me.

I am so so so lucky to be surrounded by and able to work with such creative, talented, fun, smart, and dedicated people and I’m even luckier to be able to call them all my friends. ♥️💕💀🕸️🎥🪳♥️

Thank you @musicboxlounge & @zackpaslay for hosting the Artist Showcase today 💕 really special to be surrounded by the most hardworking and talented team! And thank you so so much to everyone who came: sweet friends, beloved theatre regulars, and folks wandering in from the sidewalk :)

I got to talk about how I make the marquees which was super neat and tell the story of how @thecheapsoap’s personalisation of the theatre’s letters for “Bugonia” inspired me and started all of this. Yayay!

Highlights
• getting engaged 💍
• seeing my friend that don’t live near me
• trying culvers in michigan
• seeing beyoncé, lady gaga, and sabrina carpenter
• going to chicago for the first time
• going back to japan

lowlights
• rolling my ankle/scraping my knee on the road in front of a tesla
• driving though the state of indiana
• getting a flat tire for the first time
• trying to do too much at once, getting frustrated and giving up on everything
• going to the gym for a good streak and then falling off

I also realized while making this, that I need to take more pictures with my friends because I hardly have any 😭 I get living in the moment and being distracted but I’ve literally never regretted taking a photo, only feeling sad when I haven’t.

Overall 2025 was really good for me! Lots of great experiences came out of it and I’m happy to ring in the new year. Lots planned. Lots of goals. Let’s see how it goes!
