Big congrats to Mitch, Sarah, Zac & Kasey on completing the Barossa Half Marathon on the weekend!

A lot of training, plenty of kilometres and, naturally, a few PhysioXtra sessions along the way got them to the start line, and now we’ll be helping them through the recovery too. 😉

It’s always pretty cool seeing our team put into practice what we help our patients with every day: training smart, looking after your body and keeping moving.

Well done team! 21.1km in the books. ✅

A glimpse into a week on tour with our physio team at the Men’s & Mixed Netball Nationals.

Our focus was on keeping athletes performing at their best through consistent pre- and post-game check-ins, monitoring how their bodies were pulling up, and managing any niggles as they arose.

Between games, it was all about helping the athletes reset and stay ready, with pool sessions, beach recovery, and hands on support throughout the tournament.

Grateful to be part of the journey and to support the @southerndragonsnetball throughout the week.
