🎓❤️ Graduation season is here.

@jahiem_pratt is one of the many outstanding members of the Class of 2026 that I’ve had the privilege of covering.

Jahiem Pratt’s story is one of resilience, leadership, and purpose.

As a track & field athlete at The Hill School, Jahiem helped lead his team to runner-up finishes in both the MAPL and PAISAA Championships, earning 3rd place individually in both competitions as a Fourth Former. Although his track career came to an unexpected end, he refused to let adversity define his journey.

Instead, he turned his focus to his greatest passion—acting.

Jahiem quickly became one of the standout performers in The Hill School’s theater program, earning the Musical Theatre and Performance Prize in back-to-back years. This year alone, he captivated audiences in two lead roles, portraying Emmett in Legally Blonde and Mickey Johnstone in Blood Brothers. His ability to command the stage with confidence, emotion, and authenticity made him one of the school’s premier performers.

Beyond the stage, Jahiem’s leadership left an even greater legacy. He was recognized with The Archibald R. Montgomery Award for demonstrating exceptional friendship and genuine care for his fellow students, The Alex Hero ’10 Prize for Unique Leadership, The Andrew L. Green ’95 Alumni Class Secretary Award, and The Wesley Family Sixth Form Prize for Democratic Values and Ideals—honors that speak to the character of the man behind the accolades.

This fall, Jahiem will continue pursuing his dream at Penn State University, where he will major in Acting and work toward a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Jahiem reminds us that success isn’t about how your story begins—it’s about how you respond when life changes your path. Congratulations on an incredible career at The Hill School. Thank you for allowing GMG to help tell part of your story. Break a leg, Jahiem—the stage is yours. 🎭❤️

You’ve left your mark on this place in classrooms, on stages, on fields, in dorms, in the Dell, and in the lives of the people around you. You’ve led, competed, supported one another, and grown through every challenge along the way.

The Hill School is better because of you.
