Just thank you. It's amazing how much you learn in two days. Four classes that really taught me that it doesn't matter how good your feet can move or how high you can jump, what matters the most is that YOU NEED TO FEEL WHAT YOU ARE DANCING! I will never forget when you said "Think about a moment in your life when you've felt really happy" and damn, I've had a really hard week, and you made me feel alive again. Katerina showed me the strength of female dh, zaggazo showed me you need to feel. I learned a lot from you, and I hope you've liked our vibe and energy. See you soon

I miss taking those late night classes, dancing and learn about the history. #DancehallFunk & @zaggazo for sure learned me how to express myself even further! If you ever go to LA, you need this class so bad. Thank you so much for the opportunity, so much love and happiness! Keep the good good work up! Cheers from Sweden 💃🏻✨#dhfworldwide

Dance isn’t just performance. It’s remembrance.
It’s not just about how it looks it’s about how it feels.

Aquí se baila de todo. 💃🏻✨

“When we dance, the journey itself is the destination.” -Alan Watts

There’s nothing to figure out. The more we let go, the more the movement reveals itself.
Sometimes I catch myself doing steps I didn’t even know I had in me 😂 and honestly, that’s where the magic happens.

This morning, I woke up with a heart full of gratitude and deep emotion after a truly profound evening. The journey I’m on has taken me through so many twists and turns, each one asking me to surrender more deeply than before. Surrender has always been my greatest challenge—trusting the process and letting go of expectations. Yet each time, I find a deeper well of trust within me.

I don’t know exactly what lies ahead. I don’t know the shape of the path or have it all planned out. But I do know that when I let go of trying to control how things “should” be, I feel supported in ways I never expected. I let myself be guided by what I want to feel, rather than by what I think it should look like. And in that letting go, I find a deeper sense of presence—a way to truly engage with each moment as it comes.

In those moments of presence, I realize that the only control I really have is how I choose to engage with life, right here and now. That makes me wonder: What am I anchoring in with my thoughts and choices? Am I aligning with the timelines I truly want to be a part of, or with those I’d rather not experience? This journey is asking me to cultivate a deeper discernment—especially as a creator.

Being an artist and a mother carries a responsibility I don’t take lightly. The art I create and the experiences I share have the power to shape not only my own path but the path my son and others will walk as well. With that in mind, these reflections came through me this morning—born from a night of heartfelt art and connection. #ecstaticdance #elevatedevenings #athayogashala #consciousnightlife #ancientfuture

This is one of my favorite photos of us and definitely one of my favorite moments in our journey together.
I can still feel how excited we were to be in Mexico for the first time, and how much we had missed each other. ✨
Our love and union have been tested many times by distance and life difficulties the Divine always brought us closer.

I am so grateful to wake up next to someone I deeply love. I’m grateful that the moments we once prayed for are now here.
We’ve been friends, partners, lived together in different countries, experienced long-distance love, and walked our personal growth journeys.
What’s kept us strong through it all is communication, unconditional love for who we truly are, and a shared willingness to grow.

This journey in the States hasn’t been easy for me. I miss my family, my friends, my people, and my culture. And yet, here I am.
Being reminded by God to see the bigger picture, to surrender, be patient, and let God take the wheel.

If you’re reading this and going through something challenging or unfamiliar, remember: it’s not a punishment - it’s an ELEVATION. 🤍✨
