A delighted and grateful new chapter share.. 🥰✨📒

I met the beautiful angel/badass extraordinaire that is Stacy Brookman when I was first teaching aerial yoga ten years ago at our first aerial home, @DefyGravityYoga. While I was living in California for seven years, Stacy opened up @flyflowfitness and carried the torch that was founded by our beautiful and magnificent Lisa Midlarsky. For the past six years, Stacy has nurtured an expansive community of sweet, kind, extraordinary teachers and students who support and uplift each other every day to continue expanding their horizons and growing their awareness of the unlimited potential upon their wings.🦋

This year, life spun me back to Florida for a handful of reasons ~ some that were evidently being orchestrated and co-created by my angels. The circle has now come back around, and I am so honored and grateful to have been passed the torch of flying flow by Stacy. I have newly placed the owner hat upon my heart ~ one that will no doubt carry with it great lessons and growth for my ever blossoming soul on this beautiful Earth journey of eternal becoming. 🌀

How unspeakably grateful I am to the Angels in my atmosphere who continue to mirror back to me the boundless possibilities of this lifetime (just like our other Angel here, @zaharazzdavis, who has the grace and wisdom of thousands of lifetimes behind her eyes.) 🪽

I look forward to continuing to nurture the great garden of flight that is before me and I hope that you will come join us to witness the wings that have always been upon your back! Aerial Yoga was the greatest trigger of positive change and freedom in my life eleven years ago. I can’t wait to continue to share the magic and joy of flight with all whom seek to elevate in the truly infinite radiance and strength of their spirit. 💫

Thank you Stacy for your loving faith and trust in me and for all that you have nurtured for the Fly & Flow family. Your spark will live forever in each flight that takes place inside our walls. We can’t wait for your visits! 🤗

Friends: please come fly with us! It is one of my highest joys to share this practice, one that is truly for every body. ✨

She may have kept her personal life rather private, but Jane’s love of the Studio and Aerial arts was loud and proud. Her inner and physical strength were simply amazing to watch and every student who took her class was challenged and changed by her. And so were we. The Studio hasn’t and won’t be the same without her. Until we fly together again our fearless friend, you’ll stay embedded on our collective aerial wings. 🪽 ❤️

Have you always wanted to fly but have some hesitation on trying aerial yoga? This is the perfect class to learn how to stretch and open the mind and body using a 2-point swing.

Students will learn the basics of the aerial hammock, inversions and vocabulary. These classes include elements of stretching, strengthening, and balance. It is designed for people with little or no aerial silks experience. You'll challenge yourself as you work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment. Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose. SAVE YOUR SPOT!
