Wind-down this #blackfriday with our partner, @zaidreamsllc at the Zai Dreams Journal and Sound Escape, where you transport to a world of healing and self-discovery. This event builds upon the soothing and transformative power of our previous sound bath experiences while introducing a new element – the art of journaling with intention. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of a 45-minute sound bath. This sound bath meditation session will help you set clear intentions, empower yourself with positive affirmations, and ground your aspirations in reality. Let the harmonious vibrations of quartz crystal, wave drums, and wind chimes wash over you, helping you align with your intentions and find inner peace. This event is open to anyone seeking to create positive change in their life, set meaningful intentions, and embrace the power of sound and meditation. What to expect: Affirmation Cards: You’ll receive a personalized affirmation card. This card is carefully crafted to align with your specific intentions and dreams. They serve as a source of guidance and inspiration for your sound escape journey. Intentional Journaling: As the soothing sounds envelop you, guided prompts will lead you through a journaling exercise designed to explore the depths of your intentions. *Document your thoughts, feelings, and revelations, as they unfold in real-time during the sound bath. Home Court Advantage: Comfort is key! Create a dedicated and intentional space in your home where you can fully engage in the session. No distractions is best! Community Connection: Connect with a like-minded community of participants who are on a similar quest for self-discovery and healing. Share your experiences, insights, and intentions in a supportive and welcoming environment. Reflection and Manifestation: The journaling process will help you reflect on your desires and dreams. As you write with intention, you’re actively manifesting your goals, making them a tangible reality. This event is hosted virtually, and in person at the Zula Den in West Adams! Sign up today with @zaidreamsllc and revive a our #magichour loose leaf tea as a special gift 💝
