✨ LIANES — a moment that lingers.
An intense and captivating encounter of body, movement, sound and image — where Manhattan and Apulia converge, and layers of memory, landscape and perception unfold in space.

🎭 Macha Mélanie — live performance
🎶 Zam Johnson — electronic sounds, beats & improvisations
📽️ Corinna Rosteck — photo-video installation

Emerging from the long-standing artistic dialogue between Macha Mélanie, Karinne Grenier and Corinna Rosteck, LIANES opened a new constellation — a subtle mise en abyme in which images, sounds and movements echoed, overlapped and transformed one another.

Immersive. Intense. Poetic. Unrepeatable.

A remarkable evening (9.9.2026) at Galerie Gondwana, Berlin, presented within the Exhibition „Doppeltes Spiel – Gedankenlandschaften”
by Corinna (photoartwork) & Jens Rosteck (lyrics) - Livre d‘artiste.

Some performances end.
Others continue to resonate. 🖤

AKTIONALE 5 – Das nackte Sein
„Fehlzeit“ FINISSAGE 6. September 4 p.m. live Performances ‚Poetronic’ and ‚World’ by @zamjohnson @schlangenbader @machamel

With the fifth edition of AKTIONALE – The Naked Being, the exhibition series once again explores the multifaceted dimensions of human existence. Under the title “Absent Time”, the exhibition focuses on the human being as a contradictory, vulnerable, and at the same time visionary creature.

The works on display move between reality and imagination: multiple personalities, mutations, loving idealizations, hybrid beings in cyberspace, misguided paths, visionary worship, robots, dream figures, projections of hatred, and fantastical realities open up different perspectives on identity, the body, and consciousness. Through painting, sculpture, objects, installation, and video, striking artistic positions emerge that reflect on our present and open up new spaces for thought and imagery. Curators: Peter Schlangenbader and Larissa Nod
An exhibition catalogue is published.

Artists: Bernadette Arnaud ∙ Steffen Blunk ∙ Merit Fakler ∙ Zam Johnson ∙ Viktoria R. Müller ∙ Larissa Nod ∙ Nele Probst ∙ Martin L. Reiter ∙ Corinna Rosteck ∙ Katrin Salentin ∙ Peter Schlangenbader ∙ Anita Staud ∙ Klaus Theuerkauf ∙ Ila Wingen

In Zam Johnson’s studio, nothing seems to be quite where it is supposed to be - and that is precisely what makes the place so alive.

Colours burst from the canvases, musical instruments nestle between paintings, and textures, sounds and gestures seem to be constantly searching for each other, answering one another.

A beautiful chaos.
A space in motion.
A place where painting almost becomes music, and where music already seems to contain movement.

It is within this universe that dance will enter.

I’m very happy to announce two dance performances accompanied by Zam Johnson, taking place in Berlin this September.

September 6 · 4 pm
AKTIONALE 5 contemporary art exhibition
Verein Berliner Künstler, Berlin
Curated by Peter Schlangenbader & Larissa Nod

September 9 · 8 pm
DOPPELTES SPIEL
Galerie Gondwana, Merseburger Straße 14, Berlin
Celebrating the publication of the book by Corinna & Jens Rosteck

Two exhibitions.
Two spaces.
Two encounters.

And somewhere between colour, sound and movement, perhaps something unexpected will happen.

A few fragments from the studio, to begin with. 🎨🎶💃

September 2026.
Mi–So, 15–18 Uhr.

Kommt vorbei. Schaut euch um. Lasst euch überraschen.

The opening was wild, colorful, exciting – just as promised.

Great guests, great conversations, art that stays with you long after. Between painting, sculpture, performance, installation, object, and video, new worlds emerged – and we were all right in the middle of it.

Thank you to everyone who was there: for the good conversations, Art, the long looks at the works, the laughter in the courtyard, the new acquaintances and the old friends we reconnected with.

Wed–Sun, 3–6 pm.

The exhibition runs through September 6, 2026.
come by, take a look, let yourself be surprised.
