Talk about starting the night with a statement.

Zach Andersen @zandersenmusic grabbed one of our first come, first served performance slots at this month’s Milford Open Mic @stonebridgerestaurant , and we are so glad he did.

Zach opened the night with his original song “Duality of Greed,” giving us just a glimpse into the much bigger musical world he’s been creating.

And we mean BIG.

Zach told us he has written not one, but two rock operas, and this Friday, September 25, he’ll be performing both of them in their entirety at The Buttonwood Tree Performing Arts Center @northendartsrising in Middletown from 7 to 9 PM, alongside live music videos created for the performances.

That sounds like one seriously creative night of original music.

Zach kicked off our night perfectly, and we’re very happy he found his way into our community.

Check out “Duality of Greed” by Zach Andersen, then go see where the rest of the story leads this Friday in Middletown.
