POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Summer doesn’t need a highlight reel. It got loaded bars, sled pushes, and mornings where nobody else was watching except the athlete beside you doing the same rep.

This is one of our Pro Hockey groups grinding through their off-season training at Bando Performance — the work that never makes it to a scoreboard but shows up in every shift once the season starts. No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just the standard we hold every athlete to, pro or not.
Fall is here and the same standard applies — whether you’re chasing a pro contract or just trying to move and feel better than you did last season. This is where the work happens. This is where the pros train.

Training blocks are open now — head to bando-performance.com to get started or DM us for more information.

Apex Boston 💥📸

It was an absolute blast to compete with so many amazing athletes and meet so many great people!

Huge shoutout to @timrileytraining and @apexathlete.official for hosting such a well run, elite event! Also shoutout to the Wave 5 Dawgs, you guys balled out 😤

Proud of my performance despite plantar fasciitis, competing less than a month after spraining my UCL and Flexor tendon, and not sprinting or jumping in over 3 months.

Highlights:
40: 4.56
MB: 64’3 (sloppy for me, but I’ll be back)
Broad: 9’4 (safe jump to get a mark)
Running Vert: 42 (@apexathlete.official please add it to my score 😭)

Every athlete starts somewhere. Great coaching meets them there.

At Bando Performance, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training.

An 8-year-old learning how to move confidently shouldn’t train like a high school varsity athlete. A collegiate athlete preparing for the next level shouldn’t train like a professional. Different stages demand different approaches.

That’s why we build individualized programs that meet each athlete where they are—developing movement quality, strength, speed, power, resilience, and confidence every step of the way.

Whether you’re just discovering your love for sports or competing at the highest level, our mission stays the same:

Develop better athletes.

From our Bando Futures Program (ages 8–10) to our Athletic Performance Program (APG) for Middle School and High School athletes APG to our Collegiate/Professional Athletes, we’re proud to coach athletes across every stage of development.

The jersey may change.
The competition gets tougher.
The goals evolve.
The standard of coaching never does.

👇 Ready to see what expert coaching can do for your athlete?

Send us a DM with the word “ATHLETE” and learn which program is the best fit.

We’d love to help your athlete reach their potential.

Got coached up by Zan yesterday and realized quick that throwing is its own language.

Med ball throws, discus, and shot put, different implements, same lesson: force has to be timed, sequenced, and directed.

Appreciate Zan for coaching me up and sharing the craft.

Everybody needs an edge.

Our Middle School athletes are focused on setting a foundation for the road ahead. Strength, speed, movement literacy, resilience.

To those who haven’t joined them yet, we have just one question….

What’s stopping you from reaching your potential?
