POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A lot of women are trying to build a next-level life while still emotionally connected to relationships that reflect old versions of themselves.

And eventually…
those patterns start influencing everything:
your nervous system,
your self-worth,
your standards,
your creativity,
and your ability to sustain peace.

This week's Substack article on:
“The Upper Limit Problem in Love”

A deeper conversation on nervous system regulation, emotional survival patterns, feminine energy, and why healthy love can feel unfamiliar for high-capacity women.

Because your next level is not just about what you achieve.

It’s about what your nervous system can safely hold.

You don’t always leave relationships because something is wrong.

Sometimes you leave because nothing is wrong… but you still don’t feel certain.

Good man.
Good connection.
Nothing obvious to fix.

And yet you start questioning everything.
Attraction.
Timing.
Whether this is “it.”

Most women assume this means misalignment.
But sometimes it’s something else.

It’s the gap between ego-based expectations of love and authentic desire.

In my latest Substack I break down:

Why this pattern shows up

What the GlobeTrotter Love Loop really is
and How to stop mistaking discomfort with depth as a “no”

You don’t need to lower your standards.

But you do need to release the rigid picture of how love is supposed to look, feel, and unfold.

And if you’ve been in this pattern, stay close.

The cost of keeping the peace is rarely immediate.

It shows up later.

In what wasn’t said.

In what you softened.

In what you carried internally to avoid tension.

Most disconnection doesn’t come from conflict.

It comes from self-silencing.

And over time, that silence starts to shape how connected you feel to yourself.

Most women don’t lack clarity.
They lack self-trust.

And that’s why they stay stuck in cycles for years.
Wavering between: what they want
and what they feel safe choosing

Settling in love.
Playing small with money.
Delaying the life they actually desire.

Not because they don’t know better.

But because their nervous system doesn’t feel safe enough to hold better.

In this new article, I break down:
• why radical self-honesty is the missing piece
• how self-trust actually gets built (not just talked about)
• the 3 phases that move you from stuck to fully aligned

This is the work that changes everything.

“Yesterday’s call was very insightful and eye opening. I realized that I’ve been holding onto resentment with my family, especially with my father, when it comes to the emptiness I feel when he doesn’t engage with me about this area of my life, becoming an entrepreneur and helping others.”

This was shared inside The Private Floor, our premium, private space for soul-led professionals, founders, and creative women who are becoming embodied in love and money and anchored for increase.

After a decade of helping women attract love, launch their visions, and increase their income, I’ve seen this pattern again and again. Unresolved family resentment quietly shapes what feels safe to receive and hold.

It can show up as repeating relationship dynamics, financial ceilings, or success that never fully settles.

When resentment releases, something shifts.
Love feels steadier.
Money stabilizes.
Expansion feels safer.

I shared a new reflection inspired by this moment.

Yesterday's Sunday Sanctuary group session was all about Birthright Abundance and getting clear on the generational money beliefs you inherited so that you can take your power back, release and reclaim abundance.

Oftentimes, your relationship with money is reflective of your family's shame, resistance, avoidance, or beliefs that have instilled doubt, worry or struggle into your relationship with money.

And now, you get to change that.

You get to decide how to rewire your relationship with money so that you no longer see it as scarce, but easily accessible and all around you.

We discussed family money stories.

Coached on business and career money moves.

And u blocked underlying beliefs keeping cycles alive.

Most soul led professionals, entrepreneurs and creatives confuse confidence with self-worth, and it’s the reason they stay stuck in the same emotional, financial, or relational cycles.

Confidence changes with circumstances.
Self-worth stays steady no matter what’s happening.

You can have confidence and still:

• question your value
• struggle to receive
• tolerate misalignment
• overgive or overperform
• repeat the same patterns
• shut down when things don’t go as planned

This isn’t a mindset issue.
It’s an embodiment issue.

Your emotional capacity — your ability to hold what you want — is built from self-worth, not confidence.

This experience was necessary…

Have you ever paid attention to your patterns? How you handle money, people, love, etc.

The Expansion Experience provided space for us to identify the loops and patterns we were operating from.
My personal pattern was me keeping the peace and people pleasing. Allowing others to dump their thoughts and feelings on me while silencing my own needs and desires… my survival tactic has been me making sure everyone else was ok and neglecting my own self…The ultimate nurturer. Keeping the peace by being silent. This experience helped me unlock a childhood wound; not feeling safe if I expressed my concerns or feelings. Not feeling worthy enough to use my voice to speak up for myself. If everyone else is ok, then I’m ok… 😒
Why am I sharing this?
Because maybe you are trying to figure out why you’re dealing with the same sh*t over and over again.
Maybe you need reassurance that you are not alone with your internal struggles.

For the person feeling stuck in a cycle, I encourage to embrace Acceptance. It’s the first step to becoming the next version of yourself and integrating the divine essence you possessed all along.

Thank you again to @zarajjohnson for hosting this life changing experience, @naturalista_mona_lisa for the sounds, and @brwngrlwellnessstudio for the warm space and comfy blankets.

Abandoning your Relationship with Striving

For the past week I've been reflecting on an intense and intimate new member initiation session for @thelovelofts

For this client, who's a mom of 3, full time employee, business owner and divorcee...

She's achieved so much...helping clients transform their lives through her style and branding business, purchased a home, hosting events, relocated, raising her boys all while working her full-time career and school...yet, she has a deeply embedded relationship and pattern of always striving.

This relationship with Striving has caused stress, self sabotage and downright exhaustion from never fully feeling secure, enough or arrived.

When you're in this state of being, you will always attempt to grow and expand to your next level in ways that reflect and subconsciously keep you in the same pattern of never enough/striving.

Striving to feel worthy of the life you want

Striving for the love, friendships and partner you want

Striving for the money and career and never feeling like you are secure or have enough

You can't create your next level from this identity because that would be contradictory to what you believe is true and what you're deserving of.

You, whether you like it or not, believe you are only worthy of striving.

So for the upcoming weeks we'll focus on shifting these patterns and embodying the Anchored version of self.

Want to learn more about this?
Join me November 1st at @brwngrlwellness

Not in the Philadelphia area? Just send a DM and we'll discuss how you can book a private session to create your expansion map and get you anchored and ready for your next level.
