Some of the most important parts of a project are the ones you barely notice.

An access panel is one of them a simple detail that provides access to building services while preserving the overall design of the space.

✨ Pure lines, thoughtful silence, and space that breathes.
This office isn’t just a workplace — it’s an experience shaped by restraint, precision, and elegance.
Designed by the brilliant Reza Mafakher, the project embodies a minimalist spirit that goes far beyond aesthetics. Every element feels intentional, calm, and deeply connected to the human presence within.

The result is a space where light, material, and form speak quietly but powerfully — a reflection of true architectural maturity.

Special thanks to the amazing collaborators mona Beykaie and Zahra Saeedi for their insight and dedication throughout the process. And heartfelt appreciation to Xema Architects for bringing this vision to life with such clarity and excellence.

🎥 Proudly presented in collaboration with Negar Attar Studio.
