🚨 TEMPO 90 APPLICATIONS ARE LIVE 🚨
(Link in bio)

We kick off THIS FRIDAY in 📍HOSCHTON. Space is limited.

Year round Fridays. 1 more location coming this fall…

ONE COMPLETE SESSION.
Tempo 90 combines Performance, Fútbol and Futsal into one purposeful 90-minute environment.

Every phase connects. We develop the athlete, train the footballer and nurture the baller—building a player who can move, think, compete and execute.

Swipe to see how Tempo 90 works. ➡️

⚡ PHASE 1: TEMPO PERFORMANCE | 15 - 20 MINUTES

Players begin with focused, soccer-specific movement training led by a Tempo Movement Coach.

We train mobility, balance, coordination, speed, agility, acceleration, strength and explosiveness—helping players move more efficiently and preparing their bodies for the demands of the game.

This is about developing athletic qualities that transfer directly onto the field and court.

Develop the Athlete.

⚽ PHASE 2: FÚTBOL | 30 MINUTES
Fútbol is a game of problems—and players must learn how to solve them.

Through game-like scenarios and position-specific situations, players are challenged to recognize space, read pressure, make decisions and execute at game speed.

We also incorporate I-Skills, allowing us to pull players out individually or in small groups for targeted technical work based on their specific needs—then place them back into the game to apply it.

It is not only about performing a skill. It is about solving the problem in front of you and expressing yourself through the action you choose.

Train the Footballer.

🔥 PHASE 3: FUTSAL | 45 MINUTES
Futsal gives players more touches, more 1v1 situations, constant transitions and less time to solve problems.

The smaller court and real pressure force players to perceive, decide and execute faster. Creativity, confidence, competitiveness and game intelligence are developed through the game itself.

Quick feet. Quicker minds.

Nurture the Baller.

🎯 TEMPO TECHNICAL TRAINING | 60 MINUTES

Open to U7–U12 players who are preparing for Tempo 90 or simply want a dedicated hour of technical ball mastery.

Sessions focus on first touch, ball control, dribbling, passing and individual confidence with the ball
