On se voit dimanche ? Lien en bio!!

You don’t have to be fit to start.
You don’t have to be fast.
You don’t even have to know anyone. 🤍

Just come as you are.

What started with a simple idea : bringing women together through movement which has become a community of 200+ women who run, walk, train, laugh, connect and support each other.

Because it was never just about the workout.
It’s about feeling stronger, trying something new, meeting new people and finding a space where you belong.

Come alone. Come as a beginner. Come at your own pace.
You won’t stay alone. 🫶🏼

Your first step can start here.🙆🏽‍♀️👯‍♀️🔥

“I don’t know anyone.”
“I’ll slow everyone down.”
“Do I even belong here?”

You can come alone.
Every pace belongs here.
You won’t leave alone 🤍
