Protect Your Mind This is my very first short film, and it's about mental health. It features two best friends named Benjamin and George. George is trying to stop Benjamin from taking his own life because he's struggling with his mental health, and he genuinely wants to save Benjamin before it's too late. I decided to make this short film because I experienced mental health challenges during high school. I've faced depression, suicidal thoughts, and a loss of purpose and meaning personally. I was at my lowest point and even considered ending my life. But I chose not to because I realised it wasn't worth it. I reached out for help when I needed it most, and that saved my life. I want to share this story to help others and raise awareness among those facing mental health struggles. Remember, you're not alone. It's okay to not be okay and to ask for help when you're at your lowest. You are loved and cared for. You have a purpose in this world. Your mental health matters. Your life matters.
