Man how do we start???? This year “season” has been a great year all around. I want to say Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts to @okumafishingusa and Happy 40th birthday. I’ll make it quick, These guys from technicians, engineers, ownership, testers, sales have been absolutely incredible working with us and amongst others in this industry listening carefully to the information that we provide so that they can give us an amazing product from inshore and offshore fishing. But I will say that what a honor to have the leaders share an amazing experience and celebrate with us here in the Florida keys the 40th birthday of Okuma and allowing and listening to myself and my amazing 13 year old son how much we truly love this game. Thankyou all and can’t wait to see what the future’s brings #icast #okumafishingusa #fishing #passion #slamtimecharters

Spending some quality time with Zander on the boat before he heads off to Ball State next week. We targeted Yellowtail and went 4 for 5 on some quality local fish. Z hooked and fought a Mako Shark almost to the boat before getting bit off which topped off the experience for him before heading back to school. #okumafishingusa #reelhappyco

Had an epic 3/4 day trip yesterday on the Sum Fun out of Dana Wharf Sportfishing for our annual Okuma kids day trip. We had planned to target Calico bass and on the way to the grounds ran across a big area of Yellowtail just off the beach in the mud. Our group landed 49 quality Yellows on some very light tackle up to 25 plus lbs. We also had a Marlin hooked up that put on an impressive arial show until it eventually pulled off. Such a cool experience seeing so many anglers get their first ever YT. Thanks to the professional crew of the Sum Fun. #danawharfsportfishing #okumafishingusa

Testing out a couple of new products in the @okumafishingusa arsenal of weapons. Stoked to have @johnbretza and his son @zbretza32 onboard for a great session at the island. El Niño is here and we welcome him with open arms. #fishing #fishingtackle #rapsystems #fishingtrip #yellowtail

Just finished up 2 days of fishing in Marathon, FL with Slamtime Charters prior to the ICAST show. Thanks to Captain Pablo for an amazing time on the water fishing with our factory staff. Also thanks to Pablo Jr, one of the best deckhands in the Key’s. #slamtimecharters

You never know what you are going to see fishing down in the Key’s. Taking your eye off your catch can be disastrous in this area with the reef bandits. #slamtimecharters

Zander and I ran out to Catalina Island this morning and fished the front side for some great Calico Bass fishing. 200 plus fish morning and done by noon with a Yellowtail mixed in. We were bit on every cast. Great to have my fishing partner back at home for a short while.

Zander was called on to record the last out in tonight’s game. Love seeing him dialing in his pitches prepping for next season.
