Bodybuilding is not just about stepping on stage.

It is about the environment that surrounds it.

The early mornings. The discipline. The people who stand beside the athletes through every phase of the journey.

Some compete. Some coach. Some support from the crowd.

Every role matters.
When the lights come on and the athletes walk on stage, they carry the work of many people behind them.

At DES, we believe bodybuilding is stronger when the community grows with it.

You don’t have to compete to be part of the sport.

You just have to car about the process.

What a massive year we have had with DES. We ran our first southern states show with amazing support from the community.

As always, our season B show has exceeded our expectations and we supported a DES world tour for the first time.

The quality of athletes coupled with the unwavering support from coaches, athletes, supporters and the wider community is truly mind blowing!! Without you supporting our vision of #communityandcamaraderie we would not be able to continue to grow and offer these exciting opportunities.

Thankyou to all our phenomenal judges and volunteers🥰 your support and dedication to our community is essential to ensuring that our athletes have everything they need come show day and is truly appreciated.

Last but certainly not least, we want to give a massive shoutout to our great sponsors.

The support you provide by way of prizes and discounts to our athletes and the financial support you provide to enable these shows to continue to run is invaluable so thankyou ❤️

We can’t wait to head into 2025 and support you through your fitness goals whether you are prepping for ours and other shows or whether you are in an improvement season.

We have 2 shows coming up

🔥 Season A - 3rd May - Canberra
🔥 Season B - Brisbane - DATE TBC (late September)

Keep your eyes posted for some upcoming workshop opportunities across Australia. We are very much looking forward to catching up with you there 😊

For now, we hope you are having an enjoyable festive season with family and friends and we will see you in 2025!!

Country Chic on track!

Design, Create & Engage proudly sponsored the 2024 Queanbeyan Cup Fashions on The Field. Special thanks to our judge @cynthiajonesbrysonmillinery for her keen expert eye in selecting our winners & all the participants who embraced the charm of relaxed country racing style.

We were delighted to present spot prizes throughout the afternoon, bringing joy to those who wowed us with their wide brimmed sun hats & standout shirts. A heartfelt thank you to our generous prize sponsors @farrahsliquorcollective @honeysuckle_and_lace @121hair @altinadrinks @debbiemfashionboutique @parkhairjerrabomberra @ciao_cafeandcakes @cityflorist.qbn @hareandfawn_qbn & @wheelersfishingnoutdoors who helped make these moments memorable.

Congratulations to my posing clients @rhugg & @zcastel for an incredible showing on the weekend at the @icn_wng 🏆🏆🏆

Zara, your work ethic is outstanding and it showed on stage! We have completely transformed your stage presence and got you that pro qualifier to stand next to the pro’s. Proud of you for killing it up there and presenting your physique at its best. Shoutout to Zara’s amazing coaches @teamoptimalcoaching & @laurenashleighgeorge for getting her in amazing shape 👏🏽🔥

Renee, you have absolutely killed it up there 🔥i don’t think I’ve met another athlete that’s had a longer season than you 😜 and you are still going strong! Shows your determination & work ethic. I cannot wait to see you on stage again very soon. Proud 🥹
