The race is over. But your running goals aren’t. 🏃

Whether you tackled the Baltimore Running Festival this weekend or you’re already eyeing your next race, lingering pain shouldn’t dictate what’s next.

Recovery is more than waiting for the soreness to fade. It’s understanding what’s holding you back and building the capacity to keep doing what you love.

Still dealing with pain after race day❓ Let’s talk about what’s next🤝

SUNDAY RESET: Your hips need some attention 🔄

Crossed the finish line this weekend? In the middle of a training block? Or just putting in work at the gym? This one’s for you 🤝

We spend plenty of time building strength, but how often are we challenging rotation, mobility and control?

This week’s reset brings 4 movements to the mix to challenge your hips beyond the usual training patterns.

A little time moving differently before another week of putting in work.

Reset today. Back at it tomorrow. 💪

Save this one for your next Sunday reset. 👊

If you live in Baltimore and your physical therapy clinic doesn’t look like this...

You might not be getting the results you’re looking for.

Most physical therapy is a closed off room, a resistance band, and a heat pack.

Rehab 2 Perform is built like a gym for a reason:

Getting back to full strength takes real equipment, the right environment, and a plan that treats you like an athlete.

Whether you’re chasing a PR or chasing your kids around, the standard is the same.

We’re opening in Harbor Point, built by Baltimore clinicians for the Baltimore community, and serving Harbor Point, Fells Point, Canton, Federal Hill, and the surrounding city.

Drop “Baltimore” in the comments and we’ll reach out personally to get you set up.

What I love about working at R2P – Owings Mills:

The people we get to work with. The gym we get to work in. The emphasis on continued learning. And the clinicians around me who push themselves and each other to keep getting better.

We get to help athletes, active adults, and people working toward a more active life do things they care about—and we have the space, equipment, and team to support that process.

We’re looking to add a full-time physical therapist to our team in Owings Mills.

If this sounds like the kind of environment you’d enjoy working in, I’d love to connect. And if someone comes to mind who would be a great fit, please share this with them!

Do as we say and not how we do 😜😂.

The best warmup is the one that prepares the body for the task at hand.

So basically do what works for you!

Athletes know how to push. But more effort isn’t always the answer.

Pain shouldn’t dictate how you train, compete, or show up for your team.

Your rehab should go beyond addressing an injury. It should prepare your body for everything your sport asks of it.

That’s performance-based physical therapy. 💪

Know an athlete who needs to hear this? Send it their way.

What is eNPS? It’s the score that shows whether a team actually likes where they work, not just whether they show up.

This is what the team already here says about working at R2P.

Nine years of experience. Still hungry for more.

After nearly a decade in a leadership role, Dr. Drew knew he had more to give, more to learn, and more room to grow.

Sometimes the next step in your career isn’t about a new title. It’s about finding an environment that challenges you to become the clinician you know you’re capable of being.

Hear more from Drew about finding that next chapter at R2P.

Drop a 🔥 below and we’ll send you the full interview.

10 Things I Wish I Knew As A DPT Student

Clinical rotations can make you feel like you should know more, do more, and have everything figured out already.

Looking back, some of the biggest lessons weren’t about anatomy, special tests, or exercise prescription. They were about learning how to think clinically, get comfortable being uncomfortable, take feedback, and give yourself room to grow.

Now, working with DPT students, I’m reminded that becoming a good clinician isn’t about knowing everything on day one. It’s about staying curious, being coachable, and learning how to navigate the things you don’t know yet.

If you’re in PT school or currently on a clinical rotation, save this for a day when you need the reminder.

And to the experienced clinicians: What’s one thing you wish you’d known as a student?

Three straight years. One shared standard.

Rehab 2 Perform ranks No. 28 on Fortune’s 2026 Best Workplaces in Health Care list in the Small & Medium category. 🏆

Behind this recognition is a team that challenges each other to grow, supports one another, and brings that same care to every patient they serve.

To our team, thank you for making R2P a place where people can do meaningful work and keep getting better.

BE > YESTERDAY.

You put in the work all week. 💪

But how often do you move outside the same patterns?

A little lateral movement, rotation and single-leg control can go a long way toward building a more well-rounded movement routine.

Squatober continues tomorrow. For today, we move differently.

Who’s still going strong?
