Today, we decided to put the theory to the test: can you actually gain power on an Audi RS6 just by replacing the original intake with an Eventuri carbon intake?

I think the difference between the stock and carbon intake will surprise a lot of people.

With the completely stock setup, our first dyno run showed 582 horsepower.

After installing the Eventuri intake, the first run showed 620 horsepower ,that’s almost 40 horsepower more from just one intake component!

We immediately did a second run, and this time the result was about 20 horsepower higher than stock. We assume the car and the dyno room had heated up significantly, which affected the result.

But the result is still clear: one relatively small modification to the intake gave us a very noticeable increase in power.
