ALTURA // CURVE
Sculptural curves take centre stage at Altura, creating a striking connection between each level. The sweeping forms of the staircase and balustrade bring softness to the architecture while drawing the eye through the home.

The architectural vision from @bqarchitects is starting to take shape, and seeing it come together with such high-quality workmanship from the @greenform_construction team is appreciated.
The first-floor roof is officially complete - thanks to @zealroofing for the precision install of the @colorbondsteel Klip-Lok. We’ve also got the @perceptionwindows_au windows in, and the ground floor Hebel has started.
There is a lot of craftsmanship on display here, from the handmade bricks by @ahbricksnpavers expertly laid by @livesays_bricklaying to the structural details that are making this build so solid.
Also, keep an eye out for the garage and those custom curves by @modinexgroup and @evaya_ev80 external blind coming soon.

As some of you know, our journey with @greenform_construction started with a recommendation. A friend who worked for one of the world’s largest developers - responsible for some of the most iconic skyscrapers and massive infrastructure projects around pointed us their way based on seeing their work in the residential space.
One of the primary reasons they were recommended was the work ethic and the deep seated relationships they maintain with their trades. To date, I can absolutely attest to that. The pride and professionalism being showcased on site is second to none.
It’s one thing for us to be happy from a lay perspective, but it’s another when other SMEs take notice:
A trade we brought in separately (unrelated to Greenform) recently remarked, "Box gutters look impressive... a lot of work on them. Never seen them done so well."
Our architect at bqarchitects and family members with trade backgrounds shared similar high praise during their walkthroughs citing other details related to the structure and various 1%ers they do as standard.

That is on full display today on a warm Saturday (not to mention days during the week), when most sites around us have shut for the weekend, we have both the Greenform and @zealroofing teams here putting in the hours.

The Glen Iris build is elevated by the striking stairwell window. A grand architectural feature that floods the interior with natural light while creating a bold statement on the exterior.
