I was always the girl who grew up wishing for a sister until one day I woke up and realized I already had I so much more than I could ever wish for.
18 years ago today I was given a permanent best friend.
My baby brother.
Despite feeling like I raised you, I feel like I am nothing without the love, kindness, selflessness and pure joy that you’ve taught me.
My heart aches at you not being a little baby anymore that I can carry around and force to play house or school with me because you were like having a real life baby doll.
I still see you as that little boy but I love you as so much more.
You are so intelligent. You put your soul into everything you do. You love to teach the people around you. Most importantly you hold yourself with composure and grace, even when the world doubts you.
I admire you so much. I wish to be half of what you are.
I don’t know where I would be in this life if it weren’t for you.
Happy birthday to my little twin and my person.
I love love love you forever🤍
