From the calming aesthetic to the indoor seating areas and outdoor space, it’s a great spot to grab a cup of coffee, get some studying done, or meet up with someone. I love places that make you want to slow down and stay awhile, and this one definitely does that. 🤎

Yesterday I stopped by @zedamocoffee and discovered a little blue menu with some yummy looking food options. I instantly could tell that this food had inspiration from culture by the combinations of food in each meal. Having not had breakfast and feeling hungry, it seemed like the perfect time to stop. Little did I know these were people I know! We gotta love that about Tucson, knowing many people often leads to running into familiar often.

We ordered the coconut milk pancakes w/ whip and fresh fruit along with a side of egg and rice. Everything has a lightness to the flavor and combos, we were surprised how much we loved the kiwi. And the pancakes were unique in texture, a must try. It’s great to know this little place is nearby when I stop into Zedamos! @bambafoodtruck has just recently open and it waiting for you to give them a try. Check out their hours on the last slide and follow them for more 💙🩵💙

Y’all. @bambafoodtruck is incredible. The food is so good it’ll make you drive out to a canyon and scream “RICHIIIIIEEEEE!” And if you are wondering if I used music in the background because of a biopic that featured a famous Filipino actor whose character sang a song that is coincidently the same as the family name and food truck *inhale* yes.

But “call this food truck by any other other name and it will be lit” - Shakespeare, probably.

Ok, but for real. This food is amazing. Please support Bamba and big big big shout out to Z Street (@zemamsethiopiancuisine / @zeraisintlbar / @zedamocoffee ) for being such gracious hosts. That community building is what makes Tucson so tasty.
