Sharing a glimpse into the last 8 months of my life – a journey filled with challenges, resilience and determination. From the moment of my accident to each step forward in recovery, it’s been a rollercoaster of emotions. There are days filled with frustration, sadness and doubt, but also moments of happiness and small wins. Through countless hours of rehab, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty, I’ve learned the true meaning of perseverance. Reflecting on where I currently am, I am filled with gratitude for the unwavering support of loved ones, the guidance of healthcare professionals, friends, teammates and ppl I don’t even know as well as my own strength. While the road to recovery is long and hard, it has taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, patience and much more. Here’s to embracing this journey, celebrating progress, and being reminded of the resilience within us all. 💙🏀
