Better late than never? 😅
Me and the guyssss went on a group hike in the UK to Leith Hill in Surrey. This was around May and it was HOT but honestly it was beautiful and moderately challenging!

The best thing you can do is be adaptable!! For example, today was the type of day where I picked option B instead of A because I knew my day could sustain further rest. Prioritization does not mean neglecting other habits in your value system.

You don’t have to do anything.
No one does.

But what you choose to do with the opportunities in front of you is what shapes your life.

Being able to move your body is an opportunity.
Energy is an opportunity.
Health is an opportunity.
Time is an opportunity.

And potential energy only hurts when it becomes nothing.

Movement isn’t a rule or an obligation.
It’s one of the clearest ways we’re given to do something with what we’ve been given.

You don’t owe productivity.
You owe it to yourself.

My girls😍💚🖤🤍

“For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭1‬:‭20‬ ‭

Don’t look too far to see that there is an almighty God who created this world and everything in it…just look at His creation…look at Us!🔥❤️

“Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.”
‭‭John‬ ‭1‬:‭3🔥

Have you ever stood in awe of the Human body and all it’s systems from the digestive stem to the reproductive system to the immune system and so onnnn…all these complex systems, so well thought of, must have been created and designed by a Master creator(God)😮‍💨🔥

I can go on and onnnn because trulyyy everything in the world points to God…The🌈🌦️⛈️💧🌓🌞🌠💫🌊🏜️🪐

“The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭24‬:‭1‬ ‭
