Who doesn't love a good line and making metres but for me, nothing beats a big hit in defence... 🤩💪🏾🔥

Lovely night at the @leadersinsport_ awards with @jogonlynne . Proud to have had @_themsf and @nowomannotry both shortlisted in seperate categories. So many inspirational people from the sport and tech world - it was a wonderful event.

My good Ghanaian sis @jeanettekwakye was a fantastic host 🤩🙌🏾

Thanks to all involved in making it happen

It's not every day you get interviewed by an Olympian! I had a brilliant conversation with @lutalomuhammad for @sportsdirectuk 's Fast Enough: Ramadan Running podcast as part of their #GETSET campaign.
We talked Rugby🏉, Ramadan ✨🕌 ,The dream 🏉🌹 and more !

I hope after listening you learn a bit more about myself, my faith and how rugby is intertwined with it all. Most importantly I hope you're left feeling inspired! #Ad
