Mid-reception.
Full dance floor.
Music going.

The bride comes to us in a panic …one earring missing.

While one member of our team stayed present with the guests and kept the energy seamless, Nadia (one of our incredible lead coordinators) immediately went into action.

Calm. Focused. Efficient.

Within 5–10 minutes, she found it.

No disruption.
No stress spiral.

This is what professional coordination looks like.
Not just timelines and cues, but protecting the experience in real time.

Our coordination team, the Fab 5 as we call them, is trained to solve problems quietly, quickly, and without shifting the energy of the room.

Because on your wedding day, you deserve to dance, not search the floor for an earring.

So proud of this team 🤍

Ever wondered how planners get guests on the dance floor instantly after dinner?

👉 Have your DJ announce a group photo, once everyone’s up and smiling, keep them there and open the dance floor!

It’s a seamless transition that keeps the energy high and avoids an awkward lull.

✨Black + White or Bold Color?✨
Which vibe is more you? 🖤🤍 vs 🎨🌈

Late-night flatlays have been making their way onto wedding vision boards, and for good reason they capture the after party energy perfectly. Think: packed dance floor, sugar rush from the dessert table, and that “we’re not ready for the night to end” kind of glow ✨

Couples who love to party are leaning into this trend because it tells the full story of the night not just the polished, pretty details, but the fun, messy, real ones too.

Which one are you voting for?

✨ A little behind-the-scenes transformation ✨ From an empty room to a reception space filled with romance and elegance, Airis & Dylan’s wedding day was nothing short of magical. 💫

Soft, timeless details came together beautifully, from lush floral centerpieces to large installations at the bar and sweetheart table. The result: a celebration that felt romantic, refined, and unforgettable.

The Trumps 🤍✨💍

Nadia + Hunter — what a dream wedding day to photograph and witness 🫶🏼❤️‍🔥🙌🏼

These two looked like they stepped straight out of the pages of Vogue and GQ, and their genuine deep playful love radiated through every single moment.

Even the summer rain couldn’t steal the joy—everyone was just SO happy to celebrate the Trumps becoming one!

Their ceremony was filled with such beautiful faith, with a heartfelt prayer over the couple that had everyone tearing up. And the celebration???? Unforgettable!!! We danced all night long to incredible upbeat Ethiopian music, ate the most delicious Ethiopian food, honoring Nadia’s family heritage in the most meaningful and joyful way 🇪🇹💃🏽🕊️

It was romantic, giggly, emotional, energetic, stylish, editorial, wildly beautiful and SO much fun. Cheers to the new Mr. + Mrs. Trumps — you two are magical and I’ll forever be grateful to have been the gal to document your best day ever 💍✨
