This is was a total different smith machine I tried using for the 3rd time cuz it has a different and intense resistance on it with about 15kg-20kg without any weight on it. It is built differently and meant for professional use with the right form and execution…especially when coming up with the weight. That is where the main work is on this particular smith machine. Most importantly going ass to grass on squat is my favorite. I got the inspiration more from @cbum His ways of workout is totally different and should be thoroughly studied carefully. His form, execution and how he makes visible the muscle contraction of every muscle groups he works on. Thanks to @cbum

However, after mastering the act of this particular smith machine with so much resistance on it, I tried going heavy with myself spotting myself 😂. When it got to three and half plates with full depths, I proceeded with four (4) plates at the end as a finisher and the intensity was lit 🔥.

I am not really fan of heavyweights though but i try to utilize it carefully and thoroughly to avoid any injury…although it is inevitable.

I mean it’s been over two (2) decades now I have been working out. I have been other professional coaches @zeezeebefit who gave me a proper and thorough lessons on not just bodybuilding but mainly on muscle building. Salute 🫡 @zeezeebefit

Be grateful and proud of how far you’ve come. I know it hasn’t been easy. I understand how very difficult it has been…. Nevertheless, be grateful.

CHANGE OF VENUE‼️

Dear Rugby lovers,
We would like to announce a new location that the "U16 RUGBY FRIENDLY" match between *IBOM LIONS RFC of AKWA IBOM STATE AND PHSCALE RA of RIVERS STATE will be holding on the 17th of October 2021.

The U16 RUGBY FRIENDLY match was supposed to be held at UYO TOWNSHIP STADIUM but due to the renovation currently going on in the stadium we have unfortunately had to change venue to WEST ITAM SPORT COMPLEX.

Changing venues before the event was not 100% our own choice, but as preparations went underway, increasing restrictions and restraints in the stadium made it clear we just couldn't hold the match in the most preferred stadium. We believe this change of venue will only affect the quality of the event in a positve way.

We wholeheartedly apologize for any inconvenience that this move may cause, but we assure our attendees and rugby lovers that it is all for the good outcome of the game.
