There’s something really special about being in a room full of women who inspire you, lift each other up, and genuinely want to see one another win.

Thank you for bringing us together @poderistas @mujerxsrising @latinovictoryus @thehispanicstar

More of this, please. ❤️

Today is Latina Equal Pay Day, and we still have so much work to do.

Last night, I had the pleasure of spending time with an incredible group of Latinas brought together by Charlotte Castillo and @poderistas and hosted by @claudiaromoedelman & @weareallhumanorg 🌟 Women who are leading, creating opportunities, opening doors, and advocating for one another. I always appreciate being in community with women who are committed to lifting others as they rise.

Through my own research on Latinas and leadership, and throughout my professional career, I’ve seen how talented, accomplished women continue to navigate barriers to recognition, advancement, and equitable compensation.

Today, Latinas earn just 53 cents for every dollar earned by white, non-Hispanic men when comparing annual earnings across all workers. That gap has real consequences for economic security, generational wealth, and opportunity.

We cannot continue to celebrate Latina excellence without also advocating for Latina pay equity.

Thank you to Charlotte, @poderistas, and everyone who made last night’s gathering possible. I left feeling inspired by the women in the room and grateful for the opportunity to connect.

Power. Pay. Progress.

Yo yo yo yo! Today is Latina Equal Pay Day and although I love seeing my female tribe at beautiful events like last night, today is not a celebration. It’s a reminder that Latina women must work far longer to earn what many others earned last year. Our talent is undeniable. Our impact is immeasurable. Our pay should reflect it.

💪🏽 We don’t need more proof of our worth. We need equity. We need opportunity. We need paychecks that match our contributions.

Today we raise our voices not just for ourselves, but for every Latina breaking barriers, building communities, and creating change.

✨ When Latinas rise, everyone rises. It’s time our pay did too. ✨

Thank you @poderistas for making all the right noise! A powerful shout out to @charosweb @claudiaromoedelman @equalpay2dayorg @activistmonicaramirez 💪🏼

💞Testimonies from our founding tribe💞

When I hear these guests speak about their experience, you have no idea how much my heart grows every time I replay it. For these guests (which some we met just 3 days before) to say yes to our idea and to actually trust us with their money- leaves me speechless 🥹🥹
These are not just words; these are feelings that made every single moment of that first trip so unforgettable and real. 🥲

Are you ready to share your own beautiful, pure and genuine testimony in November? Reserve your seat today!
