A little change of scenery with Gavin here. He’s continuing to work on his first few steps to help win those puck races. If you’re an athlete looking to level up your game, send me a message, let’s work together #performancetraining #hockey #speed #quickness #acceleration #explore

WT has been putting in the work with me (@athletesdpt) since 5 weeks post op when she was struggling to break 90 degrees of knee flexion.

Here’s a few clips of some mid stage return to sports training as she prepares to return to volleyball.

My guy Tyler Davis had a setback with an injury during his last pro basketball season.

We are getting him back to 110%. He is back and able to dunk and jump without pain for the first time in over 3 years.
We have a few more goals before he leaves in the next few weeks.
Tap in if you’re a basketball player looking for performance training or sports rehab.

The only way forward is through. These kids continue to persevere and do hard things in the gym. Proud of how far they’ve come

This is where it all comes together.
You’ve done the early stage rehab — now it’s time to move like an athlete again.
We’re sprinting, jumping, cutting… rebuilding speed, power, and confidence every session.
That bridge phase between rehab and performance? This is where you earn your return. 👊

We don’t just talk about it — we live it.

The same way we ask our athletes to push, compete, and stay consistent… we hold ourselves to that same standard.

We’re always chasing better — in how we train, how we coach, and how we lead.

Pressure is a privilege. It means you’re doing something that matters.

TinFold fuels the process. DSC builds the foundation.

What does a workout look like going into a weekend with games? A lot like this! I still like to load my athletes and generate power on our Keisers. However, the focus shifts more towards mobility and movement to help prep for the intensity of the game.

I worked with @kolson_e from the early days of ACL rehab, two weeks post-op, to now, as he excels in college baseball during his freshman year! This is the progress you can achieve with late-stage ACL return to sport training!

Always a great time when I get to train with my cousin Nathan. He is a former ncaa D1 hockey player. Life has led him back home to take care of his son and now give back by coaching hockey with me. He can still get after it and even though he doesn’t play at the highest level anymore, he still enjoys training like an athlete! #work #collegehockey #hockey #training #grind #explore

My guy @c1_jet killed it in the ACL Return to sport process! He is up NOW with @alleneaglesfb!

We focused on high-performance speed and strength training from January-August.

Now he’s back, ballin’ at peak performance!
