Hadlie and Zeke are the sweetest combination of Jesus-loving, fun-seeking best friends who get to do life together as husband and wife. Their day was filled with so much joy, genuine love, happy tears, and the kind of laughter that makes you wish you could relive it all over again.

From the sweetest moments to an unforgettable dance floor finale, their wedding was such a beautiful reflection of who they are. And getting to capture the beginning of this next chapter for them was an honor I’ll never take for granted.

A week centered around Christ and two broken bunk beds has left me with nothing else to ask for

Even knowing the power of God is limitless, I leave camp every year in awe at how He works.

What a special week growing in faith alongside such strong and inspiring youth. Seeing the way you all worshiped and felt God’s presence is something I will never forget.

Ever since Zeke was called into ministry, I’ve spent time questioning where exactly that leaves me, what calling he has placed on my life walking beside him. At times I’ve doubted my qualification to lead the youth because I am still learning so much in faith and failing Christ in different ways daily.

This week He opened my eyes to the fact that I will never be, nor has He called me to be, the “perfect Christian”. I can’t help but think, how different would my life be if those around me who may have felt “unqualified” hadn’t chose to lead.

In leading these youth this week, God helped me realize that I am exactly where He wants me to be. Nothing happens by chance, no person encounters Him by accident, God has a plan for it all.

Thank you Jesus for all the trials in my life that led me to where I am now. Thank you for the Godly leadership and friendship I have been blessed with through Becca and Bella. Thank you for the blessing of a Godly husband who cares so deeply for others. And thank you for a camp that changed so many lives that I love so dearly.

All glory truly belongs to you.

- Caswell 2026 -

I’m so grateful for this experience. The turn my life has taken in the last 7 months leaves me in awe of the Lord every time I consider it. When I started going to FBC in November, I never thought it would impact me the way it has. The friendships and connections I’ve made, but also the spiritual growth it has brought me. Youth on Sunday nights has become what I look forward to most every single week.

I want to thank @zekefrye2005 , the most incredible youth pastor who centers his life around the Lord and is so intentional with his students. He cares deeply about every last one of us and is an absolute joy to be around. I want to thank Becca and Hadlie, because even though Zeke is great, FBC wouldn’t be what it is without their strong aid and wise counsel. I want to thank Ellie Acosta for inviting me to youth the first time, it has changed my life. I want to thank Liv for being the greatest friend and recent blessing in my life. I want to thank every other girl in my room, those nights in the cabin will be some of my favorite memories for the rest of my life. Lastly I want to thank my brother, for putting aside his social anxiety and finally coming to youth with me. Seeing the growth and change in you has left me so grateful, and I can’t wait to see where the Lord leads you in these next few seasons.

One more year as a student at Caswell, then I pray that in 2028 I can return as a @bedotell staff member🤍

I’m so incredibly blessed to have been able to spend this life altering week with the best people. God was truly working in all of us last week and i am so thankful that i was able to experience it. praise god for giving me the chance to make such amazing friendships🩷
