Different coffee shop, a few more gray hairs, but a Friday morning starting in a way we’ve loved for over a decade of friendship, even if it’s not as often anymore ❤️

What an absolute blast at the @philadelphiacyclingclassic! From an early lap of the course in the charity ride to an electric day on Lemon Hill, we’re all exhausted and riding high on all the smiles, hugs, high fives, and great racing! Special shoutout to Stacey ripping the West River TT on Saturday, too!

From former teammates to current teammates and so many friends in between, today's return of the @philadelphiacyclingclassic was one for the books. Hopefully it can be an annual thing again. Love this city, bikes, and all of the people who make up the cycling community!

Congrats to @zelda1212 on finishing 3rd in the novice category at Shred the Edge this weekend. In addition to a full year of running and jumping in to the mtb world (including as a @littlebellasmtb mentor!), Stacey is dipping her tires into some South Jersey MTB Racing!

Stacey returned to the Triple Bypass this year, enjoying stunning views and a respite from Philly’s intense heat and humidity.

Is this Philly? Stacey thinks Denise is dressed too warm, they met up in Belmont, and there’s a Waverly Road. Nah, it’s two Cats on a road ride in New England! 😻😻

Our squad celebrating wrapping up a successful fifth edition of our love letter to Philly cycling. Thanks for coming out to challenge yourselves, enjoy climbs (ok, get through climbs and enjoy descents) with friends, and bring so much positive energy. We had questions from many a curious park visitor about what was going on, and they all said they were impressed–and that we might be a bit cruel for suggesting this pun might be a good time. 😹 Hope to see you next year for another #ADozenRoseGlens

Matchy matchy on another beautiful fall day in the greater Philadelphia area. Stacey and Denise enjoying the foliage on the D30, celebrating Denise’s birthday, and of course a stop for coffee and treats at @volocoffeeshop before heading back into the city!
