really grateful that this chicken nugget right here never gave up 🥹❤️

the highs have been stupid high, and the lows? scarier than rock bottom. BUT somehow, the resilience, gratitude, determination, grit, and sheer thrill of it all have been beyond worth it.

everyyyy face plant has given me something I wouldn’t trade for the world — liiiike meeting my beautiful husband, making some lifelong best friendships, learning plenty of 🍑 kicking life lessons lol, and of course gaining a stronger sense of who I want to be both on and off the stage (plus so, so much more)!

and I owe so much of it to this chick… and to every version of her that came before.

this afternoon, I got to be in rehearsal & found myself hugging the set about 15 times, just in disbelief that I STILL GET TO BE HERE. that I still get to tell this wildly impactful story — one that means so much to me personally, and somehow means so damn much to the worldddddddd

Thank you, @hamiltonmusical, for continuing to let me be a tiny piece of something so much bigger than myself.

A year ago, one of my oldest friends went missing. @zeligwill4 was one of my first and biggest inspirations to become a dancer, without his support and encouragement I would not be where I am today. My heart is still with his family and friends.

I wrote to every magazine, newspaper, and website that I could and not a single one would publish a tribute that I wrote about him. But I will keep doing my best to share memories and stories; if you knew him, join me! He deserves to be more than a blip in the news cycle.

I went through so much from the moment I stepped into this space. The death and rebirth of myself. Over and over and over again...

Many of you know my story.
It all happened here.
And I am so grateful to be a part of this legacy.

My best friend from high school said something to me yesterday that sounded like:

“Look at us. Look at us for real. We are getting to live the lives that we always dreamed of when we were kids in my basement.”

That sentiment gave me so much pause and reflection because truly I am and I forget that sometimes.

Thank you and @hamiltonmusical. Eternally.

I get emotional thinking about where I started. So much fight, so much fire, pushing past fear and taking hold of my dreams. I'm PROUD of where I have come from, and I'm PROUD of where I am going. The fact that I'm alive and performing in Hamilton on Broadway for my ninth year in a row and the tenth year anniversary, really is a miracle. Praise God! 🙌🏼

This week.

My heart is full of gratitude 🙏🏾 for the gift of dance, which has brought so many amazing people and memories into my life. I'm thankful for a senior year that's been nothing short of incredible, thanks to the love and support of those around me. Not everyone may understand the journey, but I'm grateful for God's guidance and provision. I'm excited for what the future holds this is just the beginning!

Yesterday got super busy teaching in Nashville and I forgot to post UNBOUND dance company’s celebration of 17 years. ❤️❤️❤️
Words cannot describe what Unbound means to me and so many of us.
Each year as I age, I realize how incredibly important it is for us to keep Unbound going.
For every person ever involved with the company, thank you. Each year I continue to be blown away with the commitment, talent, and passion from every dancer. I wish we had all the money in the world to do more with Unbound because I want the world to see what we do.

Happy 17 years Unbound. Forever grateful for each of you and how you add so much happiness to my life.

The next happy trails that is going to be so hard for me. Momma there’s a clip where you are singing You Are Great . And the lyrics are true, God really does do miracles so great and God knew to put you in my life. Your blueprint and step you’ve craved into this show is unlike any other.
