There are infinite versions of who we can become. 🌱

Yoga gives us a space to explore that possibility — to move differently, think differently, challenge old habits, and discover something new about ourselves.

Sometimes the smallest shift in perspective can change an entire experience.

A few moments from the Ayama camera roll, and a reminder that every time we step onto the mat, we have an opportunity to begin again.

See you at Ayama. 🤍

What does Ayama mean?

Āyāma speaks to stretching, extending, expanding, going beyond an existing limit.
You may already recognize the word within prāṇāyāma, where it is associated with the expansion or extension of prāṇa.
It’s also the idea behind our name: a practice can begin with the body, but it doesn’t have to end there. There is always another direction in which we can grow.
A wider way of being.

Come practice with us at Ayama Yoga & Healing Arts in North Miami Beach.

A little glimpse into Wednesday evening Aerial Yoga with Anzhela ✨

We warmed up close to the ground, built strength, worked on our splits, spent some time upside down and finished with cozy Savasana cocooned in the silks.

Join Anzhela every Wednesday at 6:15 PM. Hammocks are limited, so reserve yours ahead through the link in bio.
