Working on slowing down my descent from Handstand into Chaturanga has been a rewarding challenge. Moving mindfully in yoga, especially slowing down descents, makes the practice feel powerful and defy gravity.

Sneaking in a midday session with such a wonderful group of yogis feels like a true luxury. Grateful for @secondsideyoga and @jonasparkyoga, for consistently raising the bar. By setting a higher standard, you help us reach beyond what we thought was possible.

the sequencing intensive @yogazama last weekend was a dream come true. i’m still struggling to find words that do justice to describe the privilege of sharing space with these talented yogis and teachers.

thank you all for trusting me to furnish an environment that would allow us to learn and create together. @yogazama and @hajinator - thank you again and again for the opportunity. i can’t wait for the next.

will you be there? whatcha wanna work on?

We loved learning from @savasanaandsnacks in her Sequencing Intensive for Yoga Teachers on Saturday! Like Dana says, we learn best through collaboration. Thank you to all the wonderful teachers who came and explored their creative expression through sequencing with us!
